“Life’s too short for troubled water.”
Charles’s grandmother, Mamie, referred to weak and tasteless coffee as “troubled water”. So... in honor of Mamie’s good sense, we give you Mattie’s Mountain Mud.
How to Store
- Whole bean is best.
- Store in an airtight stainless steel, glass, or ceramic container at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
- Always grind just prior to brewing for best cup.
How to Brew
Mattie’s General Rule of Thumb...
- Make this coffee the same way you have always made your coffee and be happily surprised with the results. :)
- Starting from scratch? Approximately 2 teaspoons per 8 oz. cup, but please, oh please, make no less than 4 cups at a time.
